Orders that contain in-stock items usually ship within 5-7 business days. You will automatically be sent a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped. We will not provide tracking numbers over the phone for security reasons.

Motobuys tries to mark every item out of stock if it is not available. If we are accepting pre-orders, there will be an expected delivery date on the front page of the ad. Inventories change rapidly. Please call us if you have any questions about current inventory.

Motobuys ships vehicle purchases via designated freight companies such as, UPS Freight, R&L Carriers and a number of other bonded transportation companies. Large, fully assembled items are shipped via private car carriers.

Vehicle Purchases: 10 to 14 days total processing and shipping times are the norm, however these times may increase during certain times of the year, i.e. Christmas. Freight companies do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. Please understand that severe weather and other delays may extend these times even for in stock items. If you are having your vehicle assembled, please allow 7 to 10 additional business days for delivery. Expedited vehicle handling is available for a small fee. This can save 2 to 3 days on most orders. The freight company will call you to schedule delivery 24 hours prior. The freight cannot be left at your house without someone there to sign for and inspect the shipment.

Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.

Weather delays, riots, port issues, pandemics and other unforeseeable events may occur and Motobuys is not responsible for the delays caused.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT CHARGES AND RESTOCKING FEES. A 6% cancellation fee will be charged on orders that have been processed and sent to one of our warehouses for handling. If you choose to cancel your order once it has shipped, you will be charged “to and from shipping and handling charges” and up to a 25% restocking fee.

Replacement parts are normally sent out via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once they have shipped.

Your vehicle will not be delivered without a signature and inspection. Our shipping carriers WILL contact you to arrange delivery 24 to 48 prior to delivery. Remember, delivery can take an average of anywhere from 10-14 business days from your order date, depending on assembly options, size of the unit, your location, weather, traffic conditions and time of the year. Your vehicle will be shipped by a professional LTL trucking company. We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. We will gladly ship to freight forwarders for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean Islands. Accessories like helmets will arrive separately from your vehicle. Changes in backorder item time arrival is normally due to supplier delays. understands how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner and we always do our very best to your order to as fast as possible.

Items that are on backorder may take up to sixty days of more to arrive in our facility. Items are occasionally sold out and placed on back order. If an item is back ordered you will not be charged. There is absolutely no return on motorized equipment that has been assembled, fueled or ridden. Motorized vehicles that have been damaged beyond simple parts exchange may be returned but must be secured for shipment by the consumer. We will send a BOL via email that must be printed and secured to the shipment and a copy handed to the driver. The freight company will contact you to schedule a pick up. Freight companies will not pick up units that are not wrapped and not secured to a pallet or skid.

Most returns are processed 10-14 days from the time that they are received in our warehouse. Orders taken by credit card will have their credit card refunded 10-14 business days from the time the package is received in our warehouse. Most claims can be corrected with a few simple replacement parts that we will ship to you immediately after your claim is approved

  1. Upon arrival of your vehicle fully inspect the entire unit BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If your vehicle has sustained damage, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgment. (DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY). Email a copy of the delivery receipt and pictures of the damage to as soon as possible. Failing to do so will void the claim.
  2. All noted damage must be reported to Motobuys via e-mail within 3 days of delivery.
  3. Please save original packing material for investigation by the shipping company. Please take pictures of the damaged vehicle, crate and cardboard cover and send to within 3 days of delivery, please include your order number, your name, address, phone number and tracking number.
  4. Replacement part(s) or non-repairable vehicle warranty reimbursement will be given once we receive complete supporting documents for the damage claim; and or the trucking company has settled and approved the claim.
  5. Again, keep the shipping carton and its packing materials. If the shipment has been damaged by the carrier, will issue a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Unless otherwise specified, the vehicles we offer are crated and on a palette. They are not assembled and require a few basic tools to complete. If you are not confident in your ability to safely assemble an off-road high-speed vehicle please let our team assemble this for you or ship it to a local mechanic. The bikes will come with break in oil already in them. This break in oil must be changed within eight hours of riding time. Severe damage can occur if sufficient break in time has not been allowed. YOU MUST CHECK THE OIL LEVEL BEFORE THE INITIAL START UP. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE OIL HAS REMAINED IN THE VEHICLE DURING SHIPMENT. If there is no oil in the vehicle upon arrival, fill the engine with quality motor oil.

Typical ATVs- All 4 tires, handlebars, utility racks (if included). Depending on the unit, you may have smaller things to install like footpegs, mirrors, and/or gas cap. Typical GoKarts/UTVs/CUVs– Tires, seats, top roll cage bars, steering wheel, and likely a few other small parts. The units will come with break in oil already in them. Remember that by purchasing a vehicle online, you are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on tires, hooking up the battery, checking the tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack, and alignment if needed. Although you may perform your own assembly please check the machine you are purchasing to validate if your warranty supports self-assembly. Most warranties require a certified mechanic to check and validate the mechanical well being of your new purchase. We will gladly assist you with any technical questions. LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: Motobuys does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances.

The factory parts warranty covers any manufacturing defect parts that are not damaged or broken while riding. The factory warranty covers motor parts for 3 months depending on the model, (or unless an extended warranty is purchased) from the date of purchase, the factory warranty only covers the motor and electric parts and the parts must be sent in for replacement as required by the factory. The warranty does NOT cover wear and tear parts such as tires, wheels, brakes, clutches plastics, and the initial setup costs OR ANY LABOR. The buyer must diagnose any issues and you can call our tech support assist you to diagnose the problem.
